Abstract

 第1物質が特異的に結合することが可能な第1物質結合部位を含む、核酸増幅法によるDNA増幅断片を用意する。該DNA増幅断片を上記第1物質に結合させることによって、該DNA増幅断片を濃縮する。DNAは、濃縮により高感度に検出することができる。したがって、上記構成によれば、核酸増幅法によるDNA増幅断片を、特殊な装置を必要とすることなく、簡便かつ高精度に検出することができる。
