Abstract
Sleeping quality of a sleeping person on a bed is derived by a sleeping quality deriving means and an air condition of the bed room is detected by an air condition detecting means. A database constructing means constructs a database so that the derived sleeping quality is associated with the detected air condition. Target temperature and humidity is determined in accordance with the database, so that an air conditioner is controlled for the temperature and humidity in the bed room to approach the target temperature and humidity.
