Abstract

La présente invention concerne un rouleau conducteur (1) comprenant : un élément formant arbre (2) ; et une couche élastique (3) disposée sur la périphérie radiale de l'élément formant arbre (2) et fabriquée en résine durcissable sous rayonnement ultraviolet. La couche élastique (3) a une épaisseur de 0,5 à 2 mm et une dureté Asker C de 70 degrés ou moins. Le rouleau conducteur (1) est efficace pour empêcher l'apparition d'une irrégularité d'image. Le rouleau conducteur (1) peut être du type dans lequel la couche élastique (3) a une teneur extractible d'acétone de 7 % en masse ou moins sur la base de la masse totale de la résine durcie aux ultraviolets. Ce rouleau conducteur (1) peut être amélioré au niveau de la propriété de ne pas encrasser les éléments adjacents, notamment un photorécepteur.
