Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de surveillance et de contrôle de santé de dispositifs informatiques qui comporte un agent de surveillance pouvant agir sur un dispositif surveillé qui détecte des données élémentaires d'état et transmet les données élémentaires d'état à un système central. Le système central peut consigner les données élémentaires d'état, déterminer si une ou plusieurs des données élémentaires d'état sont hors de limites, et alerter un dispositif à distance. Ce dernier peut établir une connexion interactive avec le système central, déterminer l'état du dispositif surveillé, et délivrer des instructions qui sont transférées à l'agent de surveillance sur le dispositif surveillé. L'agent de surveillance peut exécuter les instructions pour ajuster des réglages, effectuer des opérations, ou d'autres actions pour traiter une ou plusieurs données élémentaires d'état.
