Abstract

Pour augmenter la profondeur de champ d'un système optique, on prévoit d'ajouter un objet (6, 7) de phase, interposé entre un objet (O) à imager et un plan image (8) du système optique. L'objet de phase est interposé alors qu'une aberration chromatique du système n'est pas encore corrigée. Après interposition, on corrige (15) complémentairement le signal optique mesuré (10) pour en éliminer les aberrations chromatiques. On montre que si un paramètre de l'expansion de l'expression, fonction de la dépendance pupillaire, de la différence de marche du système optique possède une valeur significative d'ordre plus élevé que celui du defocus, alors on obtient une augmentation de profondeur de champ.
