Abstract

 電極材料の粉末(11)を成形金型7内に充填し、電極材料の粉末(11)を圧縮することにより、ポーラスな圧粉体(27)を成形し、熱処理炉装置(23)におけるチャンバー(25)内にポーラスな圧粉体(27)をセットして、チャンバー(25)内に不活性ガス又は水素ガスを供給し、熱処理炉装置(23)におけるヒータ(39)によって加熱された不活性ガス又は水素ガスを圧粉体(27)に向かって送風しつつ、チャンバー(25)内において循環送風することにより、圧粉体(27)の内部を通過する不活性ガス、水素ガス、又は水素ガスと主成分としての不活性ガスを含む混合ガスによる対流熱によって圧粉体(27)を加熱して、圧粉体(27)の電極材料を焼結する。
