Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de conditionnement d'air chauffant et refroidissant apte à effectuer un refroidissement d'air extérieur en plus du refroidissement d'air intérieur, du chauffage et de la ventilation. Ledit appareil peut mettre en œuvre des corps principaux dotés de fonctions d'alimentation en air, d'évacuation d'air et de mélange d'air distinctes dans une structure autonome pour acheminer de l'air frais vers l'intérieur et maintenir une température constante au niveau de n'importe quelle partie par le mélange complet de l'air intérieur avec l'air extérieur avant l'acheminement de l'air vers une partie avant d'un échangeur thermique. L'appareil selon l'invention peut être monté et transporté aisément dans n'importe quelle position intérieure ou extérieure sans limitations spatiales grâce à la structure autonome du corps principal, ce qui permet une exploitation, une gestion et une réparation aisées de l'appareil. Ce dernier comprend également une salle des machines contenant un compresseur ou analogue comme chambre indépendante supplémentaire destinée à recevoir de l'air intérieur à une température constante, de sorte à obtenir un environnement d'exploitation optimal de la salle des machines et augmenter ainsi au maximum l'efficacité du compresseur.
