Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une huile d'hydrocarbure. Dans première étape du procédé, une huile brute contenant un composé d'hydrocarbure oxygéné est soumise à l'hydrogénation/désoxygénation et hydrogénation/isomérisation en présence d'hydrogène et d'un premier catalyseur d'hydrogénation dans une première zone de réaction de sorte que le taux d'élimination de l'oxygène atteigne 5 à 80 % en masse, produisant de ce fait une première huile. Ensuite, la première huile produite dans la première étape est soumise à l'hydrogénation/désoxygénation en présence d'hydrogène et d'un second catalyseur d'hydrogénation dans une seconde zone de réaction qui est disposée en série avec la première zone de réaction, produisant de ce fait une seconde huile contenant l'huile d'hydrocarbure souhaitée.
