Abstract

 液晶モジュールのパネル表面と透明カバーとの間の隙間に透明な樹脂を充填後該樹脂を硬化させて液晶モジュールと透明カバーを貼り合わせる方法において、パネル表面および透明カバーの対向面の少なくとも一方の面の周囲部に、樹脂を塗布した後半硬化させてダムを形成するとともに、中央部に樹脂を付与し、パネル表面と透明カバーを対面させ、対面されたパネル表面と透明カバー間の隙間を縮めて中央部に付与された樹脂を押し拡げ、押し拡げられた樹脂をダムでせき止めた後、隙間に介在する全樹脂を硬化させることを特徴とする液晶部品の製造方法、および製造装置。最近開発され発表された光学樹脂の層を、液晶モジュールパネル表面と透明カバー間に望ましい形態にて形成できる。
