Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de réutilisation d'une eau contaminée par des huiles conçu pour purifier toute eau contaminée par des huiles apparaissant lors de la production d'huiles et réutiliser celle-ci. Le système de réutilisation d'une eau contaminée par des huiles présente les caractéristiques suivantes. Toute eau contaminée par des huiles (W1) apparaissant lors de la production d'huiles est sujette à une séparation magnétique par floculation au moyen d'un séparateur magnétique par floculation (10) afin d'obtenir de ce fait une eau purifiée préliminaire (W2) exempte des composants de contamination huileux contenus dans l'eau contaminée par des huiles (W1). A partir de l'eau purifiée préliminaire (W2) obtenue, toute matière organique soluble dans l'eau dissoute dans l'eau contaminée par des huiles (W1) est éliminée par une unité d'élimination de COD (30) adaptée pour effectuer une ozonolyse afin d'obtenir de ce fait une eau traitée au COD (W3). En outre, l'eau traitée au COD (W3) est distillée au moyen d'un distillateur à énergie solaire (50) de sorte à éliminer le contenu en sels, obtenant de ce fait une eau purifiée réutilisable (W4).
