Abstract

A deep purification technology of syngas based on coal, coke, heavy oil, residual oil or natural gas. The syngas including 0.01 ~10ppm H2S + COS, 0.01 ~5ppm chlorine, 0.02~5ppm metal carbonyl compound, 1 ~5000ppm oxygen, 0.02~2ppm arsenic passes deep hydrolysis catalyst, deep fine desulfurizer, chlorine, Fe(CO)5 + Ni(CO)4, oxygen, arsenic-removal guard or purifying agent to remove H2S + COS to<0.01 ppm (i.e. 10ppb), chlorine to < 0.01 ppm (i.e. 10ppb), carbonyl compound to < 0.02ppm (i.e. 20ppb), oxygen to< 1 ppm, arsenic to<0.02ppm (i.e. 20ppb), to ensure the life of methanol synthesis catalyst can be prolonged from 2 years to 4-6 years, the life of F-T synthesis catalyst can be prolonged from 8-12 months to 2-3 years, the life of Pd, Pt, Rh, Au, Ag etc. catalysts producing acetic acid, anhydride acetic acid, butyl alcohol- octyl alcohol etc. can be prolonged considerably.
