  • a generally cylindrical housing 11 whereby the housing has at least a front portion 13 and a rear portion 15.
  • the front portion 13 and the rear portion 15 may be connected by the generally cylindrical receptacle 17 which forms the basis of the side walls.
  • the receptacle 17 has at least an inside area 19 and an outside area 21 whereby the inside area 19 defines a cavity 25 and the outside area 21 is in contact with the outside environment.
  • FIG. 1 Contained within the cylindrical housing 11 and more specifically within the inside area 19 of the receptacle 17, there may be provided a plurality of discs 27 that are illustrated whereby the magnets 3 with the magnetic field of each magnet 3 are oriented so that the northern field is on one flat side 29 of the disc 27 and the south Field is on the opposite flat 31 side of the disc 27.
  • Figure 2 illustrates the magnets 3 in an arrangement such that all the north poles point toward the center 35 of the inside area 19 of the cylindrical receptacle 17. Further, Figure 2 illustrates the magnets poles which are labeled N for north to illustrate the orientation of the magnets 3 depending on how you want the ion electron flow to be oriented. This orientation dictates whether the north side or the south pole facing the center axis of the array.
  • the array ⁇ sRown in " the drawings are housed within the cylindrical housing 11 whereby the housing 11 may have a generally straight configuration from the front portion 13 of the housing to the back portion 15 of the housing 11.
  • the cylindrical housing 11 may also have a taper therein to focus the magnetic ionic properties of the apparatus 1 as the ionic field leaves from the front portion 13 of the housing 11.
  • Figures 2 and 5 illustrate an opening 41 on the front portion 13 of the housing 11 whereby the opening 41 allows for apparatus 1 to direct the flow of ionic field towards a specific object or thing.
  • the opening 41 is contemplated to have the same diameter as the inside are 19 of the receptacle 17.
  • the ionic and electron field may be altered for either higher or lower ionic and/or electron flow by increasing and/or decreasing the diameter of the opening 41 on the front portion 13 of the housing 11.
  • the array shown in the figures illustrates rows 45 of magnets 3 whereby the figures illustrate seven rows of magnets 3 with at least nine magnets 3 in each row 45.
  • the number of rows 45 and the number of magnets 3 in each row 45 can be changed according to the flow of ions and/or electrons desired as well as the structured field of ions and/or electrons desired. Further, the number of rows 45 and number of magnets 3 within each row 45 may vary depending on the type and size of the housing 11 utilized to house the magnets 3 and the associated rows 45.
  • the cylindrical housing 11 in an exemplary embodiment is approximately five inches in diameter in the inside area 19 of the receptacle 17. It is further contemplated that the cylindrical housing 11 in an exemplary embodiment is approximately nine inches in length from the front portion 13 to the rear portion 15 of the housing 11. Moreover, as illustrated by the figures, the magnets 3 maybe associated with a plurality of rows 45 whereby the rows 45 are spiraled at an approximately twenty seven (27) degree angle on the inside area 19 of the receptacle 17. This spiral angle may be changed to other angles to produce the greater or smaller fields of ion and/or electron charge and flow.
  • the apparatus 1 allows for greater variability in the ion fieldsio desired specifications by either a user and/or an administrator who may set up the apparatus 1.
  • Figure 5 further illustrates a pivot means 51 having a handle 53 thereon whereby the pivot means 51 may allow for pivoting of the apparatus 1 which may direct the ionic and electron field to a desired object (not shown).
  • the pivot means 51 may have a stabilizing mechanism 55 in the form of a strap to encompass the apparatus 1 such that when the strap 55 is engaged, the pivot means 51 may allow for pivoting of the apparatus 1 without fear of displacement of the ionic and electron field.
  • a rotating means be provided.
  • the rotating means may allow for the entirety of the apparatus 1 to be rotated in either a clock wise or counter clock wise manner.
  • the rotating means may provide for greater ionic and electron fields to be formed because of the addition of motion to the apparatus 1.
  • the rotating means allows for variability in speeds of rotation thereby increase and/or decreasing the subsequent electron and ionic fields produced by the magnets 3 of the apparatus 1 while in use.
  • the arrays produced as described above in their many possible helical patterns will create the flowing structured field of ions and/or electrons even while stationary, but greater ionic and/or electron flow and field size may be obtained by applying motion to the array as a whole. Therefore, it is contemplated that the housing 11 be attached to rotating mechanical means (not shown) that may rotate the tire housing 11 to provide additional motion which may strengthen and intensify the ion and/or electron fields provided by the apparatus 1.
  • rotating the array about its axis of the array a greater flow and field size may be obtained for both ionic and electron flow. The faster the rotation of the housing, the greater the ionic and/or electronic flow and field size that may be generated.
  • the motion to the array can also be applied linearly. If the array is placed in motion so that the array is moved through space along a path, the flow and field size of the ionic and/or electrons may be increased. The faster the linear movement, the greater the flow and the field size of the ionic and/or magnetic is produced.
  • Magnetic strength The magnets 3 utilised are, ' in an exemplary embodiment, dictated by the flow and size of the field of ions and/or electrons desired.
  • the use of larger and potentially stronger magnets, will, in an exemplary embodiment, produce a higher flow and a large field of electrons and ions.
  • the magnets 3 may also be electro -magnets.
  • the use of electro-magnets may allow for the on/off sequencing of the electro-magnets to create a moving magnetic field. This flowing magnetic field may be configured in different patterns according to the sequencing of the electro-magnets and the desired field of the flowing ions/electrons.
  • the use of electro-magnets in this way may allow for the creation of a flowing field of ions/electrons without mechanical motion.
  • the helical magnetic arrays constructed as herein described will produce a field of oriented ions and/or electrons that will flow in a vortex.
  • the size and strength of this field of ions and electrons can be increased by increasing one or more of the magnetic strength, the speed of motion of the array, the increasing the number of magnets within each array; the optimization of array diameter and length to strengthen the field produced; optimization of the number of rows of magnets according to the array diameter and length; and optimization of the number of magnets per row in the array according to the size of the array and total magnetic strength.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui crée un champ d'écoulement en forme de tourbillon contenant des ions orientés magnétiquement. Ce dispositif et ce système utilisent un faisceau magnétique pour créer ce champ en forme de tourbillon, de manière à maximiser le flux ionique et les effets sur la matière entourant le dispositif. Ledit dispositif possède de nombreuses utilisations incluant, sans s'y limiter, l'épuration de l'air, les diagnostics médicaux, la production d'énergie, le chargement de particules contrôlées, l'augmentation de la croissance végétale et l'amélioration des réactions chimiques. Ledit dispositif décrit ici permet la concentration et le contrôle d'ions magnétiquement orientés, de manière à produire l'effet maximal dans la zone sur laquelle le champ produit est concentré.
