Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une machine de pressage à plat, grâce à laquelle un corps stratifié peut être lissé, quelle que soit l'irrégularité d'un matériau de base, le coût d'un film en forme de bande pour transfert est réduit, une résine stratifiée adhère au film en forme de bande et ne se disperse pas au moment du détachement du corps stratifié, et en outre, une surface rugueuse du film en forme de bande n'est pas transférée sur le corps stratifié. Un appareil de stratification, et un procédé de stratification utilisant la machine de pressage à plat et l'appareil de stratification sont également prévus. Une machine de pressage à plat (3) presse un corps stratifié (8), dans lequel une couche de résine (8c) est formée sur une surface irrégulière d'un matériau de base (8a), par l'utilisation de moyens de pressage opposés, et lisse une surface du corps stratifié (8). Les moyens de pressage à plat sont pourvus d'une paire de films en forme de bande ; de moyens de transfert destinés à transférer les films en forme de bande dans la direction longitudinale du film, dans un état où le corps stratifié (8) est coincé entre les deux films en forme de bande ; une section d'espace hermétiquement étanche (34) servant à presser le corps stratifié (8) par les deux moyens de pressage dans un état dépressurisé ; et des moyens de commande de pression destinés à commander l'intérieur de la section d'espace hermétiquement étanche (34) dans l'état dépressurisé.
