  • the photovoltaic solar roof is provided with slabs (1,2) with fixation which does not pass through the roof waterproofing, so that both the insulating and drainage slabs (2) and the photovoltaic solar slabs (1) are deposited on the waterproof membrane, possessing sufficient weight which, together with the impossibility of the wind suctioning the surface of the layer of porous concrete (2.2), also prevents the wind from lifting the photovoltaic solar panels (1.3) installed on the roof of the building.

Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention concerne un toit solaire photovoltaïque dans lequel les panneaux photovoltaïques comprennent des dalles d'isolation et de drainage parachevées dans un laminé photovoltaïque, qui reposent sur le toit au moyen de leur base qui comprend des plaques constituées de matériau isolant, de telle sorte qu'il n'y ait pas de fixations traversant le système d'étanchéité du toit de la construction, et la partie centrale étant dotée d'une couche de béton poreux à travers laquelle l'eau est évacuée après des précipitations sur le toit, en plus d'autres dalles de béton poreux ayant une base isolante intercalée avec des dalles solaires photovoltaïques, de telle sorte que la force d'aspiration du vent soit réduite sur les dalles de béton poreux ayant une base isolante, les empêchant d'être soulevées.
