Abstract
As basic building block, the following quantitative ratios apply: 76.5-83.5% filler, 16.0-20.0% resin/binder, 0.2-2.0% hardener, 0.2-1.5% accelerator. The production takes place in a conventional mixer, where first the filler and the binder are mixed intensively and then the addition of the chemical additives takes place with further mixing. The compound is then poured into the moulds, shaken according to the required density and released from the moulds. According to the formulation, the cycle time is between 6 and 120 minutes. The polymer concrete thus provided is suitable for the production of construction material, such as slabs, bricks, pillars, pipes, individual moulded parts etc., and articles of use of all types e.g. in the garden, kitchen and bathroom sector or for decorative elements.

Die Herstellung von Bauwerkstoffen aus Polymerbeton ist aus volkswirtschaftlichen und umweltpolitischen Gesichtspunkten sehr interessant. Es ist möglich Materialien als Rohstoffe zu verarbeiten, welche im Normalfall als Abfall oder nicht verwertbar gelten bzw. nur noch als minderwertiger Rohstoff zum Einsatz kommen können. Das gilt auch für bestimmten Abraum/Bruch beim Abbau von jeglichen Gesteinen sowie mit Schadstoffen und/oder organischen Bestandteilen versetzter Sand => Füllstoffe.The production of building materials made of polymer concrete is very interesting from an economic and environmental point of view. Je nach den gewünschten chemisch-physikalischen Eigenschaften des Endproduktes, erfolgt die Auswahl der Bindemittel, Additive/Inhibitoren sowie deren prozentuales Mischungsverhältnis.Depending on the desired chemical-physical properties of the end product, the selection of the binder, additives / inhibitors and their percentage mixing ratio.
Als Grundbaustein gelten folgende Mengenverhältnisse:The basic components are the following proportions:

Die Herstellung erfolgt in einem herkömmlichen Mischer, wobei erst der Füllstoff und das Bindemittel intensiv vermischt werden und dann die Zugabe der chemischen Zusätze, unter weiterer Vermischung, erfolgt. Claims
1.
