95 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MATERIALS USED IN AN EXAMPLE MODEL
100
One embodiment of system includes two specially made Alternators (figure 1) with an RPM of 1500 which gives 50Kw/h of 23Ov. Two shafts must be protruded from bathe, side with a minimum of 12cm, with teeth engraved on it.
105 Another embodiment is a teethed wheel with freewheels (figure 2) with minimum diameter of 58 cm shaped just like a pulley wheel. Teeth should be engraved on the edge of wheels. The center of the wheel has a bearing and is working just like a free wheel. That means the wheel rotate to one direction only, but the center rotates both directions just as a free wheel. This wheel is fixed on a stand with a
110 height of minimum of 30cm by a shaft through the wheel. Such a four number of freewheel is needed.
The next important embodiments of the system are specially designed hooked buckets(figure 3) with half opening on the top with a minimum of 57cm depth,
115 which have a pipe lid over it. The steel hooked bucket (utensils) having inside diameter of 50 cm. 2cm metal thickness (both side and the bottom). Bottom end of the utensils should be closed in order to avoid leakage of water and the top end should be half opened. There should be a hook on the center in order to hang these utensils (buckets). The capacity of the utensils should be 100 liters each.
120 Put 4 holes on 4 sides of the utensils of size 20cm length and 20 cm breadth.
Channels (strait) having 5mm depth and 5mm breadth are to be made outer surface, on the gap between the holes. The Channels start from the top of the utensils and of length 34 cm.
125 The pipe lids (figure 4) are to close the 4 bottom holes of the steel utensils
(buckets). These pipe lids have a dimension of 52cm diameter 44 cm height and lcm thickness. Make 4 holes of 20 cm length and 20 cm breadth on four sides at the bottom of the pipe. At the top inside of the pipe, there should be 4 projections of 3.5mm thickness, 3.5mm width and lcm length. These projections should
130 come above the gap between the holes. Put these two closing pipe lid over the steel utensils (buckets). That means, the projections inside the pipes should be come over the channels and it passes through the channel. Now the holes of the utensils and the pipe come on the same side and it is in open mode (figure 5a) when it is placed on the plane surface. When we lift up the steel utensils the pipe
135 moves downwards and closes the holes of utensil (figure 5b). Block the channel at 43.5cm above from the bottom after putting the pipe lid over the utensils while it kept on the plane surface. The purpose of closing the channel is for not moving the pipe upwards. If we lift up the utensils the pipe move downwards (Since the channel is only up to 34 cm. it could not come downwards) and closes the 4
140 holes of utensils. Now the pipe lid will be hanging down below the utensils. The top of the channel should be closed so that the lid must not come out. Such four buckets with lid is needed.
Canvass belt with a minimum of 72 m length is required for one group of bucket. 145
The one of the other important embodiment are two Galvanized Iron pipes (figure
6) of minimum 70 m length and 66cm diameter with specially designed holes. It has a thickness of 5cm
These pipes should have rectangular holes of 50cm length and 30cm breadth from 150 top to bottom with 10cm lengthwise and 5cm breadth wise gap. These holes are provided to avoid the pressure of air while a utensil moves upwards and downwards in high speed. There should be two channel from top to bottom, opposite to each other though inner side Specially made four pressing water taps with a diameter of minimum 20cm (figure 7)
Motor pump sets, which have a capacity to drive minimum oflO liter water up to 165 35m heights.
AN EXAMPLE CONSTRUCTION OF POWER PLANT
170 Construct a concrete basement for the power generation system of minimum measurement of 3m X 3m with four pillars of minimum height 70 meter on four corners, on the ground and the specially made four Galvanized Iron pipe (figure 6) with bucket (figure 3,4) fix in the concrete. Before fixing the pipe fix a rubber bush of 50cm inside the pipe. These bushes help for not damaging the bucket while hitting. Make a water
175 tank using this same basement by making wall on four sides (figure 9). The minimum capacity of the tank is 40001tr.
Make a concrete slab over the pillar to make an overhead tank. Fix pressing water taps under the overhead tank such that the tap should be inside each pipe (figure 8). Fix four 180 short GI pipes inside the tank such that the openings of the pipe should be exposed through the bottom and top of the tank. The short pipe must come straight over the hook of the bucket. The minimum capacity of the overhead tank is 20001tr (figure 10).
Fix two alternators on the top of the overhead tank and fit 4 free wheels on bβth?: side of 185 the alternators such that the shaft of the alternators should come in touch with teeth of the wheels so that the alternator works while the wheel rotates. The wheels should fix such a way that it should rotate in opposite direction. That means one rotates clock wise and the other anti-clock wise 190 Finally connect the buckets inside the pipe by using canvass belt. For that first put the canvas belt over two adjacent wheels and through the GI pipe inside the tank, connect the buckets inside the pipe. The length of the canvas belt should be minimum such that the bucket on one side of the belt at the top while the other bucket should be at bottom, hi this example 72 m length canvass belt is used. Now the bucket can easily move upwards
195 and downwards and the movement helps the wheel to rotate.
There must be a provision to supply the water from the base water tank to the overhead tank, which is at the minimum height of 72 m using sufficient motor pumps. The electric supply to the motor pump is to be supplied from one of the alternators (figure 10). 200
FUNCTIONING OF THE POWER PLANT
Fill water in the overhead tank. One bucket, which is one the top, automatically filled with water while pressing the tap. After filling the bucket moves down and the pipe gets
205 off. At the same time the other bucket goes upwards and hit the pipe and the pipe gets on and fills the bucket. At that time the first bucket, which goes down hit on the rubber bush. While hitting the pipe lid over the bucket moves upward and pour out all the water. This process continues. The main thing is that, while the buckets moving up and down the wheel fixed on the overhead tank also rotate. That means two buckets are connected
210 by the canvass belt which is over the freewheel. When the bucket moves down wards both the free wheels rotate in the same direction. But only one teethed wheel that is connected to the shaft of the alternator rotate in that direction, and the other wheel will not rotate. After that, when the second bucket moves down wards two free wheels rotate to opposite direction and the wheel which on the side of the moving bucket will rotate.
215 Then the alternator which is connected that wheel will rotate. That means one alternator is in rest while the other rotate. To avoid this we fix these type of wheel system on both side of the alternator so that the alternator works continuously. It means that while one wheel is not rotating, the other wheel, which is connected, to the same alternator will rotate and make the alternator working. The movement of the bucket should be adjusted 220 according to the timing of the other set of buckets so that the alternator works continuously. Thus we get a continuous flow of electricity.
When alternator starts working and produce electricity. We can make use of this electricity to the motor pump also. Such that it continuously fills the overhead tank from
225 the basement tank. The basement tank is filling by the buckets. Approximately 2001tr water will come in the basement tank within 90 seconds. So we should supply minimum of 2 ltr water per second to the overhead tank. Thus the process continues and get a continuous supply of electricity of 50KW/Hr from one alternator. That means total of 100KW/Hr of electricity is supplying by this system. To supply the water to the
230 overhead we need maximum of 20 Kw/hr. Thus the gain is 30Kw/hr from one alternator. Altogether more than 70Kw/hr electricity is accessible from this Earowealth Hydel Auto . Revolving Mechanical power Plant.
