Abstract

 少なくとも一方の導電性部材は、その導電性部材内に形成された中空状の収納部と、その収納部と真空室とを連通する連通孔と、を構成し、前記の収納部内にゲッターが配置され、そのゲッターにより真空室内の金属微粒子やガス等の被吸着対象を吸着する。ゲッターに電界が印加されることを防止することにより、たとえ真空容器内に電界が生じてもゲッターが再放出温度に達したり、電子刺激脱離現象等が惹起することはなく、該ゲッターにて一度吸着した金属微粒子およびガス等が放出することを防ぐことができる。
