Abstract

【課題】被験物測定用担体を、被験物を短時間で、高感度かつ簡便に検出することができるものとする。 【解決手段】被験物と特異的に結合する反応部位(2)および蛍光標識部位(3)を有する第1反応体(4)と、被験物と特異的に結合する反応部位(5)および前記第1反応体(4)の蛍光標識部位(3)から発せられる蛍光を認識する認識部位(6)を有する第2反応体(7)とを、それぞれ被験物と結合し得る位置関係で担体上に固定されているものとする。
