Abstract

A heat exchanger having improved productivity and connection reliability while keeping corrosive resistance to water and a heat pump system are provided. The heat exchanger comprises a first flat-shaped tube (1) having first refrigerant flow passages through which a first refrigerant flows and a second flat-shaped tube (2) having second refrigerant passages through which water serving as a second refrigerant flows and being constituted of a metal having the corrosive resistance to the water. The second flat-shaped tube (2) has rectangular tubes. The joining part between the flat surface of the first flat-shaped tube (1) and the flat surface of the second flat-shaped tube (2), and the joining part between the rectangular tubes are brazed simultaneously.
