Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry. The inventive device for producing multicomponent beverages comprises a capacity for a main liquid component in the form of a bottle with a neck and a cap, which are detachably connected, and a container provided with an orifice for releasing introducible components. The container for the components is dismountable. One end of the container is provided with a supporting surface and a threaded section for interacting with the bottle neck. The container is cylindrical and the other end thereof is provided with a dismountable cap with a locking element. Said second end of the container can be providedwith a unit for releasing introducible components, designed in the form of a piston arranged inside the container, and the orifice for releasing components and an orifice for filling the introducible components into the container are made in the form of a breakable area.

The invention relates to a device for preparing drinks from several different in composition natural components, mixed immediately before use, for example, drinks consisting of a main liquid component and an injectable fluid component with the addition of components in the form of dry extracts.

It is known that natural products are subject to hydrolysis, i.e. decomposed by water when mixed with it, during which they lose their taste and aromatic qualities, as well as color. This circumstance currently holds back the industrial production of beverages with useful and medicinal properties.

In practice, to prevent this process, preservatives, as well as synthetic dyes and flavorings resistant to hydrolysis, which bring certain harm to human health, are introduced into drinks, for example, juices. Therefore, natural additives, unlike synthetic ones, must be introduced into water immediately before use.

A device for preparing drinks containing a container for the main liquid component in the form of a bottle, equipped with a neck and a cap, made with the possibility of detachable connection, and a container (see the description of the patent of the Russian Federation N ° 2097294 IPC B 65 D 81/32, from 09/23/1992).

In the known device, the container for the component is made in the form of bags freely placed inside the bottle with clean water, which contain previously measured liquid and dry components.

In addition, the known device is inconvenient during operation, since after the input component leaves the bags, the latter remain in the bottle and prevent the liquid from leaving, blocking the neck opening when using the prepared beverage.

A vessel for transporting and storing components to be mixed with a liquid in the preparation of beverages is known, containing a container for the main liquid component in the form of a bottle equipped with a neck and a lid, made with the possibility of detachable connection, and a container (see the description of the patent of the Russian Federation JVk 2174937 IPC B 65 D 81/00, dated March 23, 2000).

In the known device, the containers for the introduced components are made in the form of bags secured externally to the neck of the container by means of loops and / or hooks.

The known device is not reliable in operation, since the opening of the bag is possible not only when using it, but also when packing bottles and

their transportation. In addition, the known device is inconvenient when

The closest adopted as a prototype is a reservoir for multicomponent products containing a container for the main liquid component in the form of a bottle equipped with a neck and a lid, made with the possibility of detachable connection, and a container (see the description of the Russian patent JVb 2257321 IPC B 65 D 81/32, dated October 28, 2003).

In the known device, the container is mounted on the neck of the bottle, and the input component is supplied into the main liquid under pressure by means of carbon dioxide, which complicates and increases the cost of the device design. In addition, the prepared drink is removed from the bottle through the channel formed by the bottle and the container, which is inconvenient during operation of the device.

The basis of the present invention is the task of developing a device for preparing multicomponent drinks, providing ease of depressurization of the container for the input components to enter the main liquid component without the use of carbonating additives, as well as ease of use and the possibility of preparing various drinks immediately before use.

The problem is solved in that the device for preparing multicomponent drinks (option 2), containing a container for the main liquid component, made in the form of a bottle equipped with a neck and a lid, made with the possibility of detachable connection, and a container equipped with an opening for the release of input components, while the container for the introduced components is made removable, from an elastic material, with a supporting surface and a thread for interaction with the neck of the bottle and the opening for filling the container cc sary components, wherein the filling opening of the container administered component and a hole for their release are in the form of punched sections. The punched area is packed with foil or plastic film.

The proposed device has a simple design, providing ease of depressurization of the container with the introduction of a fluid component of any consistency in the main liquid in the bottle, without the use of carbonating additives. The execution of containers in both versions removable allows you to pack them in a polymer film, separately from the container with the main liquid component, which is convenient for transportation and storage for a long time. In addition, it is convenient during operation, as it is possible to prepare drinks immediately before drinking, of different composition, depending on the contents of the container used.

A device for preparing multicomponent drinks (option 1) contains a container for. the main liquid component, made in the form of a bottle 1 equipped with a neck 2 and a cap (the cap is not shown in the drawing), made with the possibility of detachable connection by, for example, a threaded connection.

The container 3 for the input components is made removable in the form of a hollow cylinder, one end of which is provided with a supporting surface 4 with a thread 5 for interacting with the neck 2 of the bottle 1 and the hole 6 for discharging the input component c, and the other end has a device 7 for releasing the input components and removable cover 8.

The device 7 for the release of input components is made in the form of a piston mounted with the possibility of directional movement inside the container 3 to ensure the displacement of the input component of high viscosity, for example, honey or condensed milk. To ensure directional movement inside the container 4, for example, protrusions 9 can be made on the inner surface of the cylinder, and grooves 10 can be made on the side surface of the piston (see FIG. 2).

Option 1.

Highly viscous additives, for example, honey, condensed milk with the addition of medicinal preparations, dry extracts of medicinal products, are added to the main liquid component located in bottle 1, which is used, for example, pure water, sparkling water or milk, wine or vodka. herbs, vitamins or dietary supplements.

The containers 3 are filled with honey or condensed milk, into which biologically active additives, vitamins or dry extracts of medicinal herbs are preliminarily introduced for their long-term preservation.
