Abstract

 低エネルギーで作成出来、分級作業を必要としない均一なエマルションを提供することを課題とするものであって、近接・離反可能に互いに対向して配設された、少なくとも一方が他方に対して回転する処理用面の間にできる薄膜流体中で、少なくとも連続相を形成する被処理流動体と分散相を形成する被処理流動体とを混合することにより、粒子径分布における変動係数が0.3~30%であるエマルションを得るものであることを特徴とするエマルションの製造方法を提供する。
