Abstract

La présente invention concerne des polymorphismes de nucléotides uniques (SNP) utiles dans l'évaluation de syndromes coronaires aigus et dans l'identification de risques cardiovasculaires associés chez des humains. En particulier, la présente invention concerne des molécules d'acide nucléique contenant lesdits polymorphismes, des réactifs permettant de détecter les molécules d'acide nucléique polymorphes et des procédés d'utilisation de ces acides nucléiques. L'invention porte également sur des procédés d'utilisation de réactifs permettant de détecter lesdites molécules.
