Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés à base d'éther fluoré associé à la dihydrotétrabénazine et des intermédiaires utiles dans la préparation de tels composés à base d'éther fluoré. Les composés à base d'éther fluoré sont proposés à la fois dans les formes racémiques et à enrichissement énantiomère et peuvent comprendre le fluor-18 et/ou le fluor-19. Les composés à base d'éther fluoré possèdent une affinité élevée pour VMAT-2, un biomarqueur entrant en jeu entre autres dans le diabète. Les composés à base d'éther fluoré comprenant un groupe fluor-18 sont utiles en tant qu'agents d'imagerie TEP ciblant le biomarqueur VMAT-2. Les composés à base d'éther fluoré non radiomarqués sont utiles en tant que sondes pour trouver des agents d'imagerie TEP.
