Abstract
L'invention concerne un outil de moulage par injection (1) utilisé pour produire des pièces en plastique à plusieurs éléments et, en particulier, à deux éléments. L'outil selon l'invention comprend une première partie de moule (2) et une deuxième partie de moule (3), au moins une première buse (15) pour l'injection d'une première matière plastique dans une première cavité (7) formée par les deux parties de moule, ainsi qu'une deuxième buse (13) pour l'injection d'une deuxième matière plastique dans une deuxième cavité (21). La deuxième cavité (21) est formée par déplacement d'un coulisseau (5), la pièce en plastique (8) produite après l'injection de la première matière plastique restant dans le moule fermé et la deuxième matière plastique étant surmoulée sur cette pièce en plastique (8). Après durcissement, la pièce en plastique surmoulée (9) est de préférence moins dure que la première pièce en plastique durcie (8). Selon l'invention, la deuxième matière plastique est injectée dans la deuxième cavité (21) à travers le coulisseau (5). La première buse (15) est placée de préférence dans la première partie de moule (2) et le coulisseau (5) dans la deuxième partie de moule (3). En conséquence, la première matière plastique est injectée à travers la première partie de moule (2) et la deuxième matière plastique à travers le coulisseau (5) placé dans la deuxième partie de moule (3).
