Abstract

 本発明に係る感光性グラフトポリマーは、ジシクロペンテニル(メタ)アクリレート等の炭素数10~20の橋かけ環式炭化水素基を有する重合性モノマー30モル%~80モル%と、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート等の橋かけ環式炭化水素基を有さない重合性モノマー20モル%~70モル%とを共重合して得られるマクロモノマー(a)を枝ポリマーとすることを特徴とするものである。炭素数10~20の橋かけ環式炭化水素基を有する重合性モノマーは、ジシクロペンテニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニルメタクリレート、アダマンチル(メタ)アクリレート、下記式(1)及び(2)で表される化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。 (式中、R1は水素又はメチル基を表す)
