Abstract

This invention provides a toner comprising core particles produced by aggregating individual particles from a resin particle dispersion liquid with resin particles dispersed therein, a colorant particle dispersed liquid with colorant particles dispersed therein, and a wax particle dispersed liquid with wax particles dispersed therein. In the wax particle dispersed liquid with wax particles dispersed therein, a dispersant containing a polypropylene glycol ethylene oxide adduct is used. The above constitution can provide a toner which has a sharp particle size distribution, has a small diameter, can realize homogeneous dispersion of a colorant, can be produced without the need to provide a classification step, has a prolonged service life, and can prevent inside voiding or scattering during transfer.
