Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés et dispositifs pour des installations solaires à grande échelle optimisées. Dans un modes de réalisation, un module photovoltaïque est prévu qui comprend une couche avant de module qui possède une plaque de verre, une couche de arrière de module qui possède une feuille électriquement conductrice, et une pluralité de cellules solaires agencées pour être protégées par la couche avant et la couche arrière. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la couche arrière de module est une feuille d'aluminium. La couche arrière de module peut posséder une surface exposée extérieurement. La couche arrière de module peut être mise à la terre électriquement. Un matériau puissant isolant électriquement peut être utilisé avec les cellules solaires pour les séparer de la couche arrière de module. Ceci permet une résistance à la haute tension entre les cellules et la surface extérieure de la couche arrière.
