Abstract

 ウイルスの塩基配列を含むポリヌクレオチドであって、該ウイルスの塩基配列は、ウイルスの複製タンパク質をコードする第1の塩基配列およびウイルスの移行タンパク質をコードする第2の塩基配列を含み、第2の塩基配列は第1の塩基配列の下流に位置しており、かつ発現させるべきポリペプチドをコードする外来塩基配列を連結するための連結部位を、第2の塩基配列の下流に有しており、第2の塩基配列は、ウイルス由来のネイティブな配列に対してさらなる塩基配列が挿入、置換または付加されたポリヌクレオチドを提供する。これにより、ウイルスの塩基配列を含むベクターを構築し、当該ベクターを含む宿主細胞の生育状態を低下させることなく、タンパク質を効率よく生産すること。
