Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à une mousse de polyuréthane souple présentant une stabilité à la conservation favorable, et dont l'élasticité de rebondissement et les propriétés mécaniques sont également favorables. L'invention concerne une composition à base de polyisocyanate pour mousse de polyuréthane souple obtenue en exécutant une réaction de transformation en uréthane de MDI pur (a) avec une quantité égale ou inférieure de polyol (b) dans les conditions suivantes, puis en mélangeant un MDI polymère (c) avec le produit réactionnel. (2,2'-MDI + 2,4'-MDI)/MDI = 60 à 85 % en masse, et MDI/((a) + (C)) = 50 à 90 % en masse dans la mesure où le composant (b) est un polyol de polyéther d'un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 700 à 10 000, contenant de 2 à 8 groupes fonctionnels en moyenne et un taux de 10 à 40 % d'oxyéthylène dans les unités redondantes.
