Abstract
A method, module and camera in a video acquisition system with a maximal frame rate for acquiring full frame images. The method, module and camera enable acquiring regions of interest at a higher frame rate than the maximal frame rate for acquiring full frame images. The higher frame rate is achieved by acquiring only a subarea of the full image corresponding to the region of interest.
