Abstract

 撮影手段8で木材9のカラー撮影を行い,画像処理手段1で前記撮影手段8により撮影されたカラー画像の色分布を求め,該求めた色分布を予め定めた正常な木材の色分布と比較し,該求めた色分布が前記正常な木材の色分布から所定値以上離れたものを異常色分布とし,該異常色分布が前記撮影手段により撮影された木材面上での領域で所定値より大きいものを木材の欠陥として検出する。
