Abstract

 配向CNT集合体に合成樹脂を含浸させてなるカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)含有樹脂複合体を、比表面積600m2/g以上の配向CNT集合体からなるものとし、その製造方法を、基板から垂直に成長した配向CNT集合体を倒伏させる工程と、倒伏した配向CNT集合体に樹脂を含浸させる工程と、樹脂が含浸した配向CNT集合体をシート状に成型する工程とを含む方法とする。これにより、CNTの含有率が高く且つ高配向性であり、CNTが本来有する異方性を十分に活かした任意な形状のCNT含有樹脂複合体、及びそれを容易に形成することができる製造方法が提供される。
