Abstract

 取り出し効率が良好な発光素子ならびに該発光素子に用いることができる膜付き基板および透明導電性膜付き基板の提供。  基板の少なくとも片面に、無機微粒子を含有する散乱層を設けてなる膜付き基板であって、前記無機微粒子が、中空微粒子を含有し、前記中空微粒子が、SiO2を主成分とし、更に他の金属を含み、前記他の金属の含有量(酸化物換算)が、前記中空微粒子中の前記SiO2の100質量部に対して、0.1~15質量部である、膜付き基板。
