Abstract

Disclosed is a mechanism for ejecting a furniture part that is movably received on a stationary furniture part. Said mechanism comprises an ejection element (7) which can be swiveled using a drive unit (13a), is mounted on one of the two furniture parts, and is temporarily in contact with the other furniture part to eject the movable furniture part in order to interrupt the contact between the ejection element (7) and the other furniture part during an ejection process. The disclosed mechanism further comprises control means for predefining a swiveling course of the ejection element (7). According to the invention, stationary supporting means (15, 15a) are provided on the ejection element (7). During an ejection process, said supporting means (15, 15a) rest against a guiding section (11a) of a control element (11) that can be rotated using the drive unit (13a).
