- the drawer does not have to be set in motion manually from a standstill position, which can make a not inconsiderable expenditure of energy, especially for heavily loaded drawers.
- the slowly moving partially opened drawer can then be moved without special effort or can then Conventionally manually further opened or closed again.
- a drivable via a drive unit ejection element can be used.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a corresponding piece of furniture or a device of the type mentioned, with an increased ease of use for a furniture is made technically or economically advantageous.
- the invention is initially based on a device for ejecting a furniture part, which is movably received on a stationary furniture part, with a driven by a drive unit ejection element which is attached to one of the two furniture parts and temporarily in contact with the other furniture part to the movable To eject furniture part, wherein the ejection element is driven, with the intention that during a discharge operation, the contact between the ejection element and the other furniture part is canceled.
- An essential aspect of the invention is that means are provided to realize a driving effect on the ejection element, which changes automatically depending on the ejection behavior of the movable furniture part.
- the invention is particularly advantageous in that the drivable ejection element, which is pivotable or displaceable for example, makes it possible, independently of a mass to be moved, to eject the movable furniture part, To drive this so that by the ejection process in all practice-relevant cases, the ejected furniture part has a desired or in particular comparable movement characteristics by the ejection process.
- Any movable furniture part for example a furniture drawer which can be moved relative to a stationary furniture body, can be ejected according to the invention with the drivable ejection element adapted to customer requirements, for example by adapting the applied drive effect.
- the vote can be adjusted automatically, for example, to a greatly varying loading of the drawer.
- the ejection speed can be adjusted for different loading conditions.
- the ease of use for corresponding movable furniture parts can be increased. Because for the user, it is usually desirable that the movable furniture part is always moved by the same ejecting process, in particular so accelerated that always the same or almost the same standstill point is reached.
- the movable furniture part can be opened as usual, especially by hand or subsequently closed by hand again.
- An ejected movable furniture part is usually after the contact between the ejection element and the other furniture part or the portion on which the ejection element acts, run by the speed achieved thereby to a standstill of the movable furniture part still not driven.
- the length of the distance of the wake can be adjusted according to the invention. Differences in the movement pattern in the case of an unmatched ejection result in different ones
- the movable furniture part is caused by the ejection process to cover a predetermined ejection path to the standstill of the movable furniture part.
- the movable furniture part can be accelerated so that the entire discharge path is the same, the entire discharge path of a first part-way during contact with the ejection element and a further part-way after the lifting of the Contact with the ejection element composed to a standstill.
- a drive power applied to the movable furniture part during contact with the ejection element can be changed, or with constant drive power, for example, the duration of the applied drive power can be set from the ejection element to the other furniture part or varied variably.
- the necessary rule or Control operations can, as will be explained below, be realized by a corresponding control unit.
- the means comprise a spring unit acting resiliently between the two furniture parts during the ejection process.
