Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition photosensible positive qui ne nécessite aucune cuisson avant exposition et qui possède une excellente adhérence ainsi qu'une grande sensibilité. Cette composition comprend (A) un polymère présentant au moins un carboxyle dans chacune de ses molécules, (B) une substance de conversion photothermique capable d'absorber les rayons infrarouges provenant d'une source d'exposition d'image et de les convertir en chaleur, et (M) un générateur d'acide thermique. Ce générateur d'acide thermique (M) est, de préférence, au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des esters p-toluène sulfoniques, un anhydride p-toluène sulfonique et du diphénylsulfone.
