Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de production d'un continuum d'étiquettes adhésives RFID qui n'engendre aucun problème d'impression sur une étiquette adhésive RFID. Le procédé de production d'un continuum d'étiquettes adhésives RFID où une pluralité d'étiquettes adhésives RFID sont provisoirement appliquées sur un papier antiadhésif en bande comprend, après une étape de collecte de déchets, a. une première étape de calcul d'erreur prévue pour mesurer la position relative d'un substrat de surface dans l'étiquette adhésive RFID sur le papier antiadhésif en bande par des moyens de mesure optiques et pour calculer une première valeur d'erreur à partir d'une position relative idéale prédéterminée du substrat de surface, b. une étape prévue pour comparer une première tolérance d'erreur prédéterminée à une première valeur d'erreur calculée lors de la première étape de calcul d'erreur de position, et pour enregistrer un signal de commande d'impression dans un dispositif d'enregistrement de défauts si la première valeur d'erreur est supérieure à la première tolérance d'erreur, c. et une étape prévue pour mettre une marque de défaillance sur cette étiquette adhésive RFID si le signal de commande d'impression est enregistré lorsqu'on fait appel au dispositif d'enregistrement de défauts.
