Abstract
Using Plastic material PET polymer or any other type of plastic for the production of Aerosol bottles and this materials are characterized by the following : Can bear high pressure. Stable, do not react with most of the chemical materials used in Aerosols. Easy formation by blowing or injection. Light. Cheap. Safe, as it does not rust and with exposure to temperature it does not blow up. The clear bottle make it easy to see what inside it. Can not filled once more so, it is considered as friend environment.
Description
Plastic aerosol container with cylindrical middle portion and actuation cap
Technical Field
Using of plastic bottle with ring formed from the bottle. It self during compound to Producing of aerosol products to replace tinplated cans or aluminum cans.
Background Art
Using tinplates in the production of Aerosol bottles or using the aluminum to production Aerosol bottles which using with some products which react with tinplates and change from properties producer
Problem in Background Art
1. The high price of iron and aluminum and the materials used in welding causes the increase in the price of these bottles.
2. the greatness in the production takes longer time .
3. the appearance of some defects after production as bruises and relief .
4. the increase in the weight of the bottle .
5. not using any liquid , with hydrate nature as it causes rust in side the bottle and so relief occurs in the places of welding which leads to the escape of the Aerosol before using the escape .
Disclosure of the Invention
1- preparing the Preform ( Figure 1) according to the required weight of bottle.
2- preparing the Mould according to the required design and form of bottle.
3- by using PET machines they put the Preform in the determine place in' the machine and then heating until milting point then blowing it.into the mould to take the required form like (figer2).
4- by using special machines to cut the extra part from the perform which is not blowed to take the required bottle by the required form, dimensions and thickness like drawing No. (4)
5- Then crimping the valves with bottles from the Inside crimping in wordly like figure (5) we can notice that the valve encompass the plastic ring from top and bottom and this wjll make the bottle well closed and prevent Gas leaking (Propellant material) from inside to outside 'the bottle, also the bottle can bear the required tests pressure according to the standard
specifications to'the Aerosol Products.
6- this Plastic Aerosol bottles after valves crimping are suitable for using with different kind of cap using with Aerosol bottles such as:
_Cap Snap that fixed up the valves such as figure No. (6)
_Normal cap such as Figure No. (7) as there are place to fixing the
Cap with the bottles.
- Cap Spray such as Figure No. (8)
We found that this bottles manufactured from plastic and according to the body, shoulder area, the Neck and the bottom of the bottle can bear the required pressure according to the standard Specifications, We carried safety and storing tests to this bottles according to the Standard of this Specifications. Using Plastic Bottles in Aerosol Products
- General:
Using the- Plastic in Aerosol Bottles instead of tinplates or Aluminum Cans consider to be a new development in this industry as the plastic Is cheaper than Tinplates or Aluminum, also, it's light In weight and Anti-rust .
We found that using the plastic in Aerosol Bottles industry needs a special, design to bottle neck area and bottle body also the 'bottom has to bear the high pressure inside the bottle. The method used to manufacture a plastic bottle will be by blowing or injection moulding, either by fusing raw plastic or blow it in special moulds to take the required form. Or a special Preform from PET (Poly ethylene terphasalete) Plastic material with special form then use this Preform in a special machine to get the required form: Example:
1- preparing the Preform ( Figurel) according to the required weight of bottle.
2- preparing the Mould according to the required design and form of bottle.
3- by using PET machines they put the Preform in the determine place in the machine and then heating until milting point then blowing it into the: mould to take the required form like (figer2). .
4- by using special machines to cut the extra part from the perform which is not blowed to take the required bottle by the required form, dimensions and thickness like drawing No. (4)
5- Then crimping the valves with bottles from the Inside crimping in wordly like figure (5) we can notice that the valve encompass the plastic ring from top and bottom and this wjll make the bottle well closed and prevent Gas leaking (Propellant material) from inside to outside
'the bottle, also the bottle can bear the required tests pressure according to the standard specifications to'the Aerosol Products.
6- this Plastic Aerosol bottles after valves crimping are suitable for using with different kind of cap using with Aerosol bottles such as:
_Cap Snap that fixed up the valves such as figure No. (6)
_Normal cap such as Figure No. (7) as there are place to fixing the Cap with the bottles.
- Cap Spray such as Figure No. (8)
We found that this bottles manufactured from plastic and according to the body, shoulder area, the Neck and the bottom of the bottle can bear the required pressure according to the standard Specifications, We carried safety and storing tests to this bottles according to the
Standard of this Specifications.
