Abstract

耐硫化物応力割れ性に優れた低合金油井管用鋼および継目無鋼管の提供を目的とする。 質量%で、 C :0.10~0.60%、 Si:0.05~0.5%、 Mn:0.05~3.0%、 P :0.025%以下、 S :0.010%以下、 Al:0.005~0.10%、 O(酸素):0.01%以下、 Cr:3.0%以下および Mo:3.0%以下を含有し、CrおよびMoの合計含有量が1.2%以上であり、残部がFeおよび不純物からなり、長径が10μm以上の非金属介在物が断面観察で1mm2 あたり10個以下であることを特徴とする、降伏強さが654MPa以上757MPa以下の低合金油井管用鋼である。
