Abstract

 コアシェル構造を有し、チタン酸バリウムを主成分とする結晶粒子と、該結晶粒子間に存在する粒界相とを有する誘電体磁器であって、前記結晶粒子に対して、バナジウム、マグネシウムおよび希土類元素およびマンガンをそれぞれ所定の割合で含有させて、キュリー温度を80~90°Cの範囲としたことにより、高誘電率であり、かつ比誘電率の温度特性の安定性に優れるとともに、絶縁抵抗の電圧依存性の小さい、誘電体磁器を得ることができる。
