Abstract
燃料電池、殊に単室型固体電解質型燃料電池における発電効率を高めるための電極及びこの電極を提供すること。本発明の電極は、以下の式(1)で表される△Ehが、-10mV以上100mV以下である。
△Eh=E0-E3 (1)
(ここで、E0は水素濃度0%のガス(酸化性ガスのみ)を室温にて電極に接触させたときの電極電位であり、E3は水素濃度3体積%の混合ガス(水素ガス及び前記酸化性ガス)を室温にて電極に接触させたときの電極電位である。)
