Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé par lequel une pièce d'alliage d'aluminium est liée de façon tenace à un préimprégné FRP. Un alliage d'aluminium est traité par un liquide approprié pour former un film de surface d'oxyde d'aluminium ayant une surface qui a de grandes cavités et saillies, de l'ordre du micromètre, et a des cavités microfines et des saillies microfines ayant une période de dizaines de nanomètres et dans lesquels aucun ion sodium n'est présent. Ce film de surface d'oxyde d'aluminium est plus épais que des couches formées par oxydation naturelle. La pièce d'alliage d'aluminium ainsi traitée entraîne une résistance de liaison intensive entre l'alliage et un adhésif époxy. Un adhésif époxy appliqué à la pièce d'alliage d'aluminium est durci simultanément avec un préimprégné FRP employant le même adhésif époxy comme matrice. Ainsi, un composite ou une structure FRP/alliage d'aluminium est obtenu, dans lequel les parties constitutives ont été réunies avec une force de liaison élevée qui n'avait pas été atteinte jusqu'ici.
