Abstract
An easy applicator for haircare products is composed of container part consisting of a pair of tubes to contain two different haircare products, and haircare part with a combing part for applying haircare products to hair. Container part is composed of a case to contain a pair of tubes inside and an air inlet at the lower end to squeeze haircare products out of tubes with air pressure injected through the air inlet; and tube accessories fixed to mouth of each tube which have outflow passage for haircare products with a film on outflow passage. Haircare part has a connecting part with a pair of connecting ducts through which haircare products are flown from container part to haircare part. Haircare products are easily supplied to combing part, mixed well, and can be applied to hair very conveniently.

DESCRIPTION
Easy Applicator for Haircare
- Technical Field
This device is related to easy applicator for haircare products by using air pressure, and for more detail, it is for self-applying haircare products easily considering efficiency and convenience in usage.
- Background Art
Normally, a lot of haircare products such as moisturizer, hair tonic or haircoloring are used for care, protection or beauty of hair. For these types of haircare products, gel type or liquefied products are generally used by squeezing products contained in tubes or bottles directly applying to hair, or used with a comb stained with such products.
In order to evenly apply haircare products to the hair bases, user should mix products and apply appropriate amount to scalp with comb-like applicator by tipping container downwardly toward the user's scalp and lifting repeatedly. If it is done by a professional haircare specialist looking downwardly toward the customer's scalp, it is easy to evenly apply. But, it is very difficult for persons to apply on themselves at home, because it is difficult to apply haircare products evenly as users cannot see their own scalps.
- Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, this device was invented in consideration of problems stated above, and the purpose is to provide easy applicator for haircare products increasing efficiency and convenience in supplying, mixing and applying haircare products such as moisturizer, tonic or haircoloring to one's own hair.
To achieve the above goal, this device is comprised of container part consisting of a pair of tubes to contain two different haircare products, and haircare part which is fixed to the container part and includes a combing part for applying haircare products supplied by container part to hair. Container
part is characterized by having a case in which a pair of tubes are placed, has an air inlet at the lower end of the case through which air is injected to inside to press tubes with air pressure and squeeze haircare products out of tubes. In addition, container part is characterized by having a pair of tube accessories which is fixed to mouth of each tube forming as a single piece or by inserting, has outflow passage for haircare products, and a film is created on outflow passage of tube accessories. Haircare part is characterized by having a pair of connecting part with a pair of connecting ducts which is fixed to tube accessories by inserting and lets haircare products flow by making a hole on film of tube accessories and serves as connecting medium between haircare part and container part.
By using air pressure, haircare products contained in tubes of this applicator is squeezed out to connecting part where two different haircare products are mixed, and then supplied to combing part, and continuously supplied to comb made of nano-fiber which is attached to combing part.
Therefore, when this easy applicator for haircare products is used, haircare products such as moisturizer, nutrient or haircoloring can be efficiently supplied to combing part and mixed well thereby increasing efficiency and convenience in using. For example, in case hair coloring is performed on one's own hair by self-applying, haircoloring can be evenly applied to scalp through repeated combing only, and it can be applied to newly grown part of hair as haircoloring is continuously dispensed at the end part of comb made of nano-fiber. On the other hand, traditional applicator is used by smearing haircoloring to a brush or comb, and haircoloring must be applied verifying newly grown hair.

- Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The invention is described in greater detail in the following description of an example embodying the best mode of the invention, taken in conjunction with the drawings. Drawing 1 is fragmentary cross-sectional views of easy applicator for hair, and drawing 2 is a combined cross-sectional view of easy applicator for haircare.
As depicted in DRAWINGS 1&2, easy applicator for haircare 100 according to the invention is comprised of container part 110 of haircare products composed of a pair of tubes 111&112 to contain haircare products, and comb-type haircare part 120 which is fixed to container part 110 to receive haircare products from container part 110 and apply same to hair.
Container part 110 is comprised of a pair of tubes 111&112 to contain two different haircare products; a case 113 which covers a pair of tubes 111&
112 with an air inlet 113a at lower end through which air is injected to inside and air pressure presses bodies of tubes 111&112 to squeeze haircare products out of tubes 111&112 and a pair of tube accessories 114&115 fixed by insertion to mouths of tubes 111&112 which has outflow passage P for haircare products on which a film 116 is created at the time of injection molding.
At this point, it is desirable that bodies of tubes 111&112 are made of soft material and case 113 is made of hard material.
The upper end of the case 113 may be joined by heat-melting or fastening by inserting packing to make it airtight. Air inlet 113a of the case
113 is not illustrated in detail, but it should be made to ensure air is injected only to inside and no air is discharged to outside. Examples are air inlet for
football or tire or gas inlet for gas lighter.
Tube accessories 114&115 are made by injection molding at which time thin film 116 is created to temporarily close outflow passage P and are fixed to mouths of tubes 111&112 by insertion, and then tube accessories 114&115 are fixed to bodies of tubes 111&112 tightly through heat-melting.
Haircare part 120 is comprised of connecting part 121 with a pair of connecting ducts 121a&121b where haircare products are mixed, which is fixed to tube accessories 114&115 by insertion, and makes a hole on film 116 of tube accessories 114&115 to open flowing of haircare products, and functions as a connecting medium between container part 110 and haircare part 120 and combing part 122 which is formed as upward extension of connecting part 121 in pipe form, receives mixed haircare products and discharges same through numerous teeth 122a of comb.
At this time, teeth 122a of combing part 122 are made of nano-fiber with ultra-fine hollows so that haircare products are continuously and evenly applied to hair through these hollows by deriving capillary phenomenon.
When a pair of connecting ducts 121a&121b are made, it is desirable to make diameter of connecting duct 121a smaller, and diameter of other connecting duct 121b larger than that of connecting duct 121a. Also, when connecting ducts 121a&121b of connecting part 121 are composed, the edge of connecting duct 121a with smaller diameter should be arranged in projecting form in the middle part of flowing route located on the edge of other connecting duct 121b with larger diameter so that two different haircare products are mixed well and supplied to combing part 122. Easy applicator for haircare 100 comprised as above, two different haircare products such as moisturizer, nutrient or haircoloring can be filled in a pair of tubes 111&112 of container part 110 depending on user's purpose. Upward movement of haircare products filled in a pair of tubes 111&112 are controlled by tube accessories 114&115 by the thin film 116 created at the time of injection molding of tube accessories 114&115.
When this easy applicator for haircare 100 is used, air is injected to case 113 through air inlet 113a, and tubes 111&112 are pressed by the air
pressure.
In above situation, if connecting ducts 121a&121b of connecting part 121 are inserted to tube accessories 114&115 of container part 110, container part 110 and haircare part 120 are joined, and then connecting ducts 121a&121b make a hole on film 116 which has been covering outflow passage
P of tube accessories 114&115. This enables mutual connection between container part 110 and haircare part 120.
As a hole is made on outflow passage P, haircare products contained in tubes 111&112 which have been pressed by air pressure are supplied to combing part 122 of haircare part 120 through connecting ducts 121a&121b.
In another words, air pressure presses tubes 111&112 to squeeze haircare products out of tubes 111&112.
At this time, connecting ducts 121a&121b also function to mix two different haircare products before they flow to combing part 122. Two different haircare products can be mixed well by the structure that end of connecting duct 121a is positioned on middle of internal flowing route Pl located on end part of other connecting duct 121b in projecting structure. By this structure, haircare products are smoothly supplied to combing part 122 as two different haircare products are mixed well and flow to combing part 122 by the flowing pressure of haircare products
Mixed haircare products supplied to combing part 122 are discharged to outside through ultra-fine hollows on the teeth 122a of the comb made of nano-fiber, and user can apply haircare products to his/her own hair by repeated combing. Detailed explanation on easy applicator for haircare 100 has been provided as above with drawings for desirable examples embodying the best mode of the invention; however, it is not particularly limited to these.
Additions, deletions, modifications and substitutions not specifically described may be made without departing from the spirit thereof or scope of the following claims.
- Industrial Applicability
Contents according to the purpose can be continuously dispensed to end of teeth of comb or brush or to the side so that contents are evenly and optionally applied to scalp or hair within a short time. There may be various ways to achieve the above, but this inventor used air pressure. As this applicator is used by filling certain amount of air pressure by air compressor, it is eco-friendly; and any type of contents including cream, lotion, liquid type, etc., may be used with appropriate size of outlet. Therefore, it can be applied for various industrial field as well as scalp or hair. Product may be formed as a single piece comprised of comb and container. Also, when air pressure is used, expiration date for even contents easily oxidized upon contact with air can be incredibly extended as there is no indraft of air because tubes are not restored to former state by air pressure pressing tubes constantly. On the other hand, when contents in ordinary tubes are partially used, indraft of air is caused by force of restitution of tubes, which decreases expiration date for contents easily oxidized upon contact with air.
Claims
1. As an easy applicator for haircare products comprised of container part which consists of a pair of tubes to contain two different haircare products, and haircare part which is fixed to the container part and a combing part for applying haircare products supplied by container part to hair; this easy applicator for haircare products is characterized by having a case in which a pair of tubes are placed inside with an air inlet at the lower end, and pressure of air injected through air inlet presses bodies of tubes to squeeze haircare products out of the tubes to haircare part.
2. An easy applicator for haircare products according to claim 1 including a pair of tube accessories which are fixed to inlet of tubes as a single piece or by inserting, and an outflow passage for haircare products on which a thin film is created; this applicator is characterized by having connecting part which has a pair of connecting ducts fixed to tube accessories by insertion, and makes a hole on the film of tube accessories to open flowing of haircare products, functions as a connecting medium between haircare part and container part and mixes haircare products.
3. An easy applicator for haircare products according to claim 2 in which said connecting part comprises a pair of connecting ducts. One connecting duct will have a smaller diameter while the other will have a little larger diameter, and end part of the one with smaller diameter will be positioned in middle of internal flowing route of the connecting duct with larger diameter in projecting structure so that two different haircare products can be mixed well before it is supplied.
