Abstract

L'invention porte sur une méthode de fourniture d'un service d'assistance à des dispositifs mobiles. Quand un dispositif mobile se connecte à un système d'assistance relié à un RTPC, il reçoit des messages d'assistance sous forme vocale. Les données d'assistance et les messages d'assistance sont communiqués en multiplex. Les informations d'assistance, contenant les messages d'assistance et les données d'assistance multiplexées, sont fournies au dispositif mobile par l'intermédiaire d'un système mobile de communication. Les données d'assistance, transmises par un canal d'appels vocaux établi entre le système d'assistance et le dispositif mobile, sont présentées sous forme d'éléments de menu y compris des nombres sur le téléphone mobile.
