Abstract

 ユーザ装置と上りリンクの共有チャネルを用いて通信を行う基地局装置は、前記ユーザ装置と前記基地局装置との間のパスロスを算出する算出手段;前記パスロスに基づいて、前記共有チャネルのMCSレベルを選択するMCS選択手段;前記上りリンクの共有チャネルの復号結果と、上りリンクの所要品質とに基づいて、前記共有チャネルの送信電力オフセットを算出する第1のオフセット算出手段;前記共有チャネルの送信電力オフセットと、当該ユーザ装置が保持している送信電力オフセットの差分を当該ユーザ装置に通知する通知手段;前記ユーザ装置から、前記共有チャネルを受信する受信手段;を備える。
