Abstract
出力電圧と出力電流の歪みおよび半導体素子の特性上の電圧降下をキャンセルする電力変換装置を提供する。 交流電源の各相と出力側の各相を正方向スイッチと逆方向スイッチで接続し、電圧指令に応じてPWMにより出力電圧を制御し負荷に電力を供給する電力変換装置であり、転流元の負荷電流と逆極性のスイッチをオフにするステップと、転流先の負荷電流と同極性のスイッチをオンにするステップと、転流元の負荷電流と同極性のスイッチをオフにするステップと、転流先の負荷電流と逆極性のスイッチをオンにするステップを生成する4ステップ転流装置を有し、出力相間の開放と電源相間の短絡を防止した電力変換装置において、転流装置は、4ステップ転流に起因する出力電圧歪みをキャンセルするよう各ステップ間の時間を設定するようにした。
