Abstract

 芳香族ジカルボン酸の製造工程から排出される酸化反応排ガス中の含有成分を低減し、該排ガスの保持する圧力を比較的低温域(150°C→0°C)で動力エネルギーとして回収を可能するシステムを構築する。そして、得られた回収エネルギーを酸化反応用空気の圧縮動力として、また、低圧(0.1 Kg/ cm2G)の排出ガスを該生成ジカルボン酸の粉体の乾燥、輸送などの処理用供給ガスとして使用できる該製造プロセスと一体化したシステムとする。 酸化反応排ガスを、1)酢酸および水の2段式洗浄法による高圧吸収塔を用い、40°C以下の温度で処理したのち、2)該排ガスの保持圧力を、反応時の発生蒸気(5 k/g/ cm2G蒸気)を加熱源として用い、2段式の膨張タービンによって動力エネルギーとして回収する。 その結果、回収エネルギーを回転動力として、また、低圧の排出ガスの露点は0°C近傍以上となり、該製造プロセスに循環利用されるエネルギーとガスとなる。
