Abstract
La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale des procédés et compositions pour le diagnostic et le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies neurodégénératives, de troubles mitochondriaux et de maladies oculaires. En particulier, la présente invention concerne des procédés et compositions pour le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies neurodégénératives, de maladies rétiniennes ou de troubles mitochondriaux utilisant au moins un agent qui inhibe l'expression et/ou l'activité de la protéine EXO1.
