Abstract

L'invention a trait à une composition de résine colorée photosensible pour filtres colorés, possédant une excellente propriété de formation d'image, même lorsqu'un colorant a une concentration élevée, tout en présentant un excellent équilibre entre sensibilité et solubilité. Cette composition de résine colorée photosensible pour filtres colorés présente également une excellente netteté de bord de pixel et une excellente adhérence. L'invention concerne en particulier une composition de résine colorée photosensible pour filtres colorés, qui contient une résine alcalino-soluble (A) obtenue en faisant réagir un produit de réaction d'une résine époxy (a) représenté par la formule générale (1-a) ci-dessous et un acide carboxylique contenant un groupe insaturé (b) avec un acide polybasique et/ou un anhydride de celui-ci (c), un initiateur de photopolymérisation (B) et un colorant (C). La résine alcalino-soluble (A) a un poids moléculaire moyen qui n'est pas inférieur à 3 300 mais ne dépasse pas 50 000. (1-a) (Dans la formule, n représente une valeur moyenne qui est un nombre de 0 à 10 ; R41 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un groupe alkyle ayant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone, un groupe cycloalkyle ayant 3 à 10 atomes de carbone, un groupe phényle, un groupe naphthyle ou un groupe biphényle ; et G représente un groupe glycidyle.)
