Abstract
L'appareil de coulage sous pression faisant l'objet de la présente invention produit, grâce à des moyens de coulage par injection, des pièces d'alliages métalliques non-ferreux fondus à l'état liquide, notamment en aluminium, zinc, magnésium, entre autres. Pendant le coulage, les machines effectuent la coulée avec des baisses de pression du système de fermeture, en provoquant ainsi l'ouverture consécutive et la formation de bavures sur les pièces produites. Le nouvel appareil possède un système d'injection à deux cylindres au lieu d'un seul : l'un fonctionne en tant que limiteur de pression et compacteur, l'autre fonctionne en tant qu'agent de transfert de métal liquide de la chambre à la cavité du moule. Ce système élimine les pics de pression dans le moule créés par l'énergie cinétique, lesquels sont responsables de bavures indésirables.
